Project: Northeastern University Telecom Program

Description: Developed Northeastern University's curricula in telecommunications which includes an Associate's Degree program; the world's first and largest continuing education program in telecommunications; contract programs with major corporations, and certificate and degree programs offered via television. Was the first to teach office automation, network administration, and voice-data network planning courses at an American university.

Client: Massachusetts Port Authority

Project: Massport Integrated Office System

Description: Directed the planning, development, and implementation of an integrated office information system for Massport. The system included fully network desktop functions to all information workers. This system changed the processes by which Massport did business.

Client: US Department of the Treasury

Project: Treasury Strategic Plan

Description: Developed the voice-data-image strategic communications plan for the Department of the Treasury. This included a comprehensive technology review, a searchable baseline database of Treasury's facilities, recommendations of services to be used, hardware architectures, and approaches to managing the systems. This was the baseline for the upgrade of all Treasury networking facilities.

Client: Fletcher Allen Health Care

Project: Tri-State Medical Network

Description: Directed the preparation of an RFP for the procurement of a 500+ location, 5,000+ node multistate enterprise network including terminal equipment and desktop systems for Fletch Allen Health Care, FAHC. Services supported included a full range of teleconferencing and telemedicine. Transport technologies included SONET, ATM, frame relay, and ISDN.
