Procured a new PBX telephone system and premise distribution system for the new headquarters and networked the bank's location so that they operated as one.

Directed the first JCAHO accreditation of its IT department, developed a new cabling infrastructure, and directed the state-of-the-art recabling of the entire hospital campus to support the full range of voice, data, video, Internet, and telemedicine applications.
