Project: Multi-Party Contract Dispute

Description: In a contract performance dispute involving three parties where business critical data was lost, reviewed existing documentation and in a report opined where the negligence for the lost data lay. The matter was favorably settled just prior to my deposition.

Client: Northeastern University

Project: Northeastern University Networking and Telecommunications Program Coordinator

Description: Developed Northeastern University's curricula in telecommunications which includes an Associate's Degree program; the world's first and largest continuing education program in telecommunications; contract programs with major corporations, and certificate and degree programs. Courses were offered live and remotely via television. Was the first to teach office automation, network administration, and voice-data network planning courses at an American university. Courses taught included a wide range of electrical engineering, tele- and data-communications, computer and information management, and business project management topics.

Client: Westinghouse Electric

Project: Pioneering CLEC Design and Implementation

Description: Conceived, designed, and implemented WESDIN, the world's first integrated synchronous network, first all digital network, and first CLEC for Westinghouse Communications. The network included circuit, data, and packet switching; cable TV based, fiber, microwave, and satellite transmission; and a network management center; voice messaging; and email; and video links.

Project: Westinghouse WESDIN Operations Manual Development

Description: Conceived and was technical director for the development of the operations manual for WESDIN, the world's first integrated synchronous digital network and first CLEC. The ops manual provided the practices and procedures by which WESDIN was operated.
