Description: In a contract performance dispute involving three parties where business critical data was lost, reviewed existing documentation and in a report opined where the negligence for the lost data lay. The matter was favorably settled just prior to my deposition.
Description: In four separate TCPA matters, prepared reports for the court. The foundations for these reports were based on both business processes and demonstrated technical capabilities. Description: Conducted a survey of trouble incidents in the TransCanada microwave system. Used the results of this analysis to develop the network control system specifications for the transcontinental TransCanada telecommunications system.

Description: Conceived and was technical director for the development of the operations manual for WESDIN, the world's first integrated synchronous digital network and first CLEC. The ops manual provided the practices and procedures by which WESDIN was operated.

Description: Developed a business plan for Massport to provide shared tenant and intelligent building voice and data services to its tenants at Logan Airport and the State Transportation Building.

Project: US Department of the Treasury Strategic Networking Plan Development
Description: Developed the voice-data-image strategic communications plan for the Department of the Treasury. This included a comprehensive technology review; a searchable baseline database of Treasury's facilities; and recommendations of services to be used, hardware architectures, and approaches to managing the systems. This report was the baseline for the upgrade of all Treasury networking facilities.

Description: Consultant to the CIO of a Fortune 50 company for telecommunications strategic planning as well as managing the planning, engineering, and implementation of new systems and services including recabling all corporate facilities, re-negotiation of IXC and LEC networking contracts, installation of a corporate data network, installation of a network management center, and installation of a FDDI ring at corporate headquarters as well as reengineering of processes within the IT department.
