Directed the first JCAHO accreditation of its IT department, developed a new cabling infrastructure, and directed the state-of-the-art recabling of the entire hospital campus to support the full range of voice, data, video, Internet, and telemedicine applications. Designed and implemented a microwave link between hospital locations. Procured and implemented a PBX.
