Description: Prepared business and residential customer surveys for a government organization regarding antitrust behavior by a vendor with their IT tool. Directed the survey of 8000 residential customers and 4000 business customers in eight countries and the subsequent statistical analysis. The defendant settled shortly after the submission of the survey results.
Description: Conducted a survey of trouble incidents in the TransCanada microwave system. Used the results of this analysis to develop the network control system specifications for the transcontinental TransCanada telecommunications system.
