Ron Brown presented a talk titled “Soft Skills Equal Career Success.” at the IEEE iSTEP Meeting at the University of Maine, Orono, ME on December 9, 2013. The presentation was to University of Maine engineering students and emphasized the importance of soft skills as opposed to technical knowledge in having a successful engineering career.
