Description: Prepared a five year telecommunications plan and implementation program to provide all voice, data, SCADA, office automation, and video communications for Boston Edison Company. The project evaluated the use of fiber and microwave networking between facilities. This project also was the foundation for Boston Edison's equity participation in a Boston area CLEC.
Description: Prepared the Nuclear Regulatory Commission required Communications Requirements Document so the Seabrook (NH) Nuclear Power Station could receive its NRC license. This document included the power station's requirements for voice and data telecommunications, radio communications, PA systems, and sound powered telephones.

Description: Determined the requirements and recommended an approach for upgrading the command and control radio system for Seabrook Nuclear Station and for public safety radios in the surrounding towns so the town`s radio`s would interoperate. Addressed several propagation and technical performance issues.
