Description: In a contract performance dispute involving three parties where business critical data was lost, reviewed existing documentation and in a report opined where the negligence for the lost data lay. The matter was favorably settled just prior to my deposition.

Directed the survey of 8000 residential customers and 4000 business customers in eight countries and the subsequent statistical analysis. The defendant settled shortly after the submission of the survey results.
